The truck started out as a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 24v 5.9L Cummins engine. Everything on this truck was modified in some shape or form. The engine still uses the factory block, crank, rods, and head, that is it. Engine mods include 14mm main and head studs, girdle plate, Mahle rods, Scheid billet cam and flat tappet lifters, Scheid P7100 Lightning injection pump, heavy duty valve springs, fully ported head, custom stainless steel intake manifold, tuned exhaust manifold, Industrial Injection Phat Shaft 71 turbo, electric water pump, 10 water injection nozzles, and other small tweaks. The rotating assembly (rods, crank, balancer, flexplate, pistons, and rings) were balanced to within 1/2 a gram. We also upgraded the intercooler with a Spearco and spray it with compressed CO2 for added cooling. The transmission is a full billet 48RE built by HTS here in Michigan. It has a custom, full manual valve body that runs 200 psi of line pressure. The front and rear differential have 4:88 gears are have billet components throughout. There are many hours of custom fabbing on this truck. Oh, I also forgot, the truck has a 200 gph FASS lift pump. I will start posting pictures as soon as I figure out the best way to post them all.
